In implementation of the instructions of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry for Resolution No. (27) of 2015 regarding the controls for replacing and returning goods, according to Article (25), products are considered to be in the category of items that come into contact with the skin.
- الاسترجاع يكون خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب، بحاله الأصلية غير مستخدم وعليه ملصق العلامة التجارية مع التغليف والفاتورة الأصلية.
The return and exchange mechanism is as follows:
- Customer service will be contacted and provided with product images to ensure compliance.
- يستلم المندوب الطلب بحالته الأصلية.
- We will contact you in the event of an exchange, refund, or saving the balance in the online store for another purchase.
In the event of a return or exchange, the delivery fee will be deducted from the customer unless there is an error in the product or order.
